VISUAL INSPECTION:

A thorough inspection of the inside bores of the flow line equipment including seal surfaces, all end connections, and other surfaces for wear and damage. Wing end and thread end will be gauged for wear and proper thread pitch.

UT WALL THICKNESS:

These measurements are taken at multiple locations on each piece of equipment to check for erosion and to verify acceptable minimum wall thickness. Data will be uploaded every day for customers to access at their convenience.

ID & BANDING:

Equipment will be identified using stainless steel bands. Colored bands are also offered. Band will include Pressure Rating, Inspection Date, and Serial Number. EPIC can also band new iron before being put into service.
